Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time, send us a message, and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.

Where do you ship from?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we ship from our warehouses around the world, depending on the quickest route and stock available.

Why is my order being shipped in different packages?
If you place an order containing multiple products, each may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on availability and the quickest delivery time. If a toy is popular and on backorder, we might send packages separately and at different times to deliver the ones available as soon as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address and the customer cannot provide an updated address, the customer is responsible for the delivery failure. Refunds or replacements will not be issued in such cases.

Lost or stolen orders
Cuddle Baby Store accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.
